The hotel is very cozy yet extremely clean and luxurious. The location is great and it's about 10 minutes drive to the center and taxis are always available in the area. We booked premium rooms and the view is amazing. All the staff are very kind and helpful which is what we liked most. Room service is great and many delicious Italian dishes. Breakfast is nice with some variety.

I had a brief but pleasant stay in Bursa. The hotel was comfortable and well-located, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for my short visit. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a one-night stay. The breakfast was self-service and absolutely epic, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, a great experience, and I would consider staying longer next time.

I like overall atmosphere starting from the lobby, cleanliness of all areas, all types of consumables in the room. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, good choice of food, pastries, sweets, etc. Prepared in front of you eggs are adding some home atmosphere to your breakfast.
