Firstly the staff were all lovely and friendly, we had to book just one night due to an error with our previous hotel, and the process was really smooth to check in; the cafe/restaurant also has delicious cakes and their Turkish breakfast is great quality, would definitely book here if staying in Side again! Wish we had booked here for the whole holiday!

The hotel is very well located, close to Side old town and 200 metres from the beach. When I arrived, Bekir took my luggage, I did my checkin and he helped me with my luggage up to my room. He explained to me everything where I can find it (restaurant, pool, where things are around my room). So big shout out for Bekir who was so polite and nice. The room is spacious and cleaned daily, the cleaning ladies are working so hard. The hotel is quiet and clean and you have everything inside : gym, spa, doctor, well ness. The food was delicious, with a variety of fish, meat, poultry every single day. They have a cute little gym, that is equiped with what you need to do your workout, also they provide towels and water inside the gym. The staff is doing an amazing job and their best to keep everyone happy. Friday's party by the pool with foam was the best, everyone danced, laughed and enjoyed.

All meals/ options were amazing, choice was great, even the paid restaurants on site were of a high std especially the Saffron turkish restaurant, was exceptional as was all the staff in all areas of the hotel.

This hotel was fantastic! Allll the staff and managers were extremely attentive and go above to greet you, learn your name and treat you like your the only one on the resort! The beach service was exceptional, with daily watermelon delivery, water, teas, included ice cream options! Their hamman Turkish spa experience was nice to have in the hotel!

Very calm and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and clean and cleaned everyday. The pools were great with lots of space around. We walked up to the barut hemera and checked it out. We were glad we were staying in the Aram. Calmer vibe and very family oriented. Best probably from 13 down. Food variety was very good. They had themed evenings so there was always something for everyone especially if your a salad lover. So many amazing dishes on offer. The a la carte restaurant had excellent service and there are two other restaurants for lunch. As we were there a week after they reopened the burger bar was not open but looked like it was opening when we were leaving. We played tennis most days as they have one court. My son turned 12 there and had a ball. Toni the older kids entertainment rep was brillliant and very engaging with the kids. Very inclusive approach for any ability. He built great team spirts. By day 3 we wanted to book for next year and now that we are back so relaxed after it I have to wait a few weeks as you cannot book further than a year in advance. We were there for Easter 24 which was quite early this year but weather was great.

Excellent location.Direct access to hotels private beach and water sports right next to it. Good size swimming pool and a separate pool with slides excellent evening entertainment starting with mini disco for kids and continuing onto amazing night program Bars located at good spots throughout the hotel. Meal is excellent too.

    Initially we were hesitant of going to Side as we usually go...

    Initially we were hesitant of going to Side as we usually go to Lara however it was really good and we enjoyed ourself and would definately go back again. The taxis are expensive but other than that you can get on a bus and get to the main attractions which was useful as the buses stop right outside the hotels.

    music is allowed until 3am in the morning, we were unable to sleep in our first night and we left Side right after that horrible night. crazy how a beautiful city is ruined by mass and horrible tourism policies!

    side is a small vacation town which has good, affordable and good quality resorts specially the all inclusive concept. try to rent a car and visit the kursunlu selalesi ( kursunlu waterfall) which is 1 hour drive from side. i will be back to manavgat-side

    The ancient ruins and history were very interesting. I usually like to have maps ,guides and timetables but they were not avaiable at the hotel or in shops. I also found it that Euros are much preferred to Lira and Scottich pounds are practically useless.

    We came here to enjoy the last summer beams in November. The weather conditions were excellent and even the water was still warm. Side old town is nice at a first glance. However the shops offer the same fake brands, there is no supermarket nearby and prices are pretty high (the drinks in particular).

    Amazing hotel! Staff extremely efficient and very friendly! Excellent facilities- we loved the availability of adult only areas; dining, pool and beach! The beach was well-kept and pool/beach service drinks was an added bonus. The a la carte restaurants were lovely, as was the regular buffet food! The ultra all inclusive package meant cocktails, wines, beers, soft drinks and spirits were also included. This was a little slice of paradise and we will definitely return!

    Food in general is good for an all inclusive concept. Plenty of choices and every day there was another theme that brought something unique to the menu. If you love boring food, that's also available. Local cuisine is properly represented which was great! Plenty of pools, the slides were nice entertainment for kids. Enough sunbeds and umbrellas even when a certain class of people reserve spots against hotel policy.

    It’s not like luxury hotel but it’s standard 5 star hotel. The food was nice but not something delicious. When you booking ultra all inclusive you expect normal alcohol. But unfortunately there is a few bottles of strong alcohol and only in lobby bar. Another bars have only low quality alcohol for the hotels.
