We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The service we received was absolutely impeccable and of such a high standard. The genuine hospitality we received from all the staff right up to the owners warmed our heart. The food was delicious the spa treatment was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The owners and management had gone out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The hotel had experience zero to no snow but they arranged a transfer up the mountain for us to experience it. We will forever remember the time spent here and cant thank you enough for helping us make the best memories. From our hearts to yours thank you so much. May your business always flourish.

Excellent staff, they are super helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and the hotel is very clean. Kudos to the photographers Renan and Ramazan, they are the best. Book a photoshoot with them you won't regret it.

Location is great and the hotel building itself is amazing. It totally matches with the mountain soul and is in a great harmony. Entire hotel staff are amazing. They are kind, welcoming and very helpful all the time. Of course foods are delicious as expected. We stayed as family and I would like to express our gratitude to operation manager Sinan and all the staff including but not limited to Ali in the restaurant/bar, Ebru and Enes in the kids club, and all others whom I could not mention here.

We arrived late but they still provided a hot dinner for us. Ski equipment hire in hotel with free transportation to ski slopes.
