Kind reception staff, kind manager. Thank you. Special thanks to the young men speaking Russian (sorry, can't recall the name). It is expected to find valuables when left in the room, but we really appreciate this. Thank you so much. Room size (standart) was more than in description. We changed from suit because we like twin beds. Next time around we come for sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful traditional Mardin house in the heart of old Mardin. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed — the staff met us at the bus stop from the airport and kindly helped us with our luggage. We were even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The house itself is full of charm and history, with a terrace that offers breathtaking views over the Mesopotamian plains — a perfect spot to relax, especially at sunset. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with plenty of local flavors to enjoy. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel completely at home. He even organized a memorable day trip for us to Midyat and Dara, which we really appreciated. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and available 24/7 at the reception. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mardin. We left with beautiful memories and hope to return one day!

Wow - that family run hotel is really amazing, beautiful, and perfectly located in the middle of old town Mardin. The rooms are beautifully restored and offer all you need, it‘s very quiet but still centrally located, all is spottlessly clean, and just so so special. Above all - the family takes so good care of their guests and they are always present, to answer questions, to tell about the house and the history. And not to forget - the breakfasts made by Mum is so so delicious, and prepared with love! Definitely my place to stay when being back in wonderful Mardin!

Everything! The property and rooms are absolutely stunning! Staff are phenomenal and they all went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We got put into one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in my life. The location is great as it's on the main road into Mardin, and you can easily explore the old city by foot. The restaurant is also wonderful and has lovely local music playing at night. A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay so great, we actually extended from 1 night to 3 nights stay.

We've been traveling in Turkey for two weeks now and so far this was the best accommodation we stayed at. The staff was very nice (although not all of them spoke English). We came from Denmark to Mardin and were warmly welcomed at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner, Mr. Hakan, was such a wonderful and hospitable person. We had fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. When our kids asked for juice with breakfast, Hakan personally got it for them – such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. The hotel is very centrally located, close to everything in Mardin, and we even arranged a private driver through the hotel to take us to Midyat for a fair price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was available 24/7 if we needed anything. Everything was perfect – we truly recommend this hotel!
