We arrived late by bus and it was no problem at all. There is always someone at reception and they are very friendly. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is great. Everything was clean. The hotel is located very close to the public shuttle bus that takes you to Troy, which is very convenient. You can also easily walk to the harbour area where all the restaurants are. They have a recommendations list about what to do in Çanakkale and that was very helpful. We would definitely come back if we visit here again.

Overall staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the dinner restaurant were delicious. Room was spacious and very clean. The sofa chair was very comfy. Wide variety of breakfast. The hotel manage arranged a private tour for my party & our tour guide was AMAZING. Her name was Kevser Kaya, such an amazing person & very knowledgeable. I would come back to the area just to see our tour guide again & will definately stay at the hotel again! The manager & staff as amazing and breakfast so fresh & delicious.

The room was clean, and the shower is well made, not one of those where you soak the bathroom after a shower. Room is spacious, and parking is right in front of the hotel and there are some parking spots behind the hotel. A bit pricy, but all hotels in this area are. Great breakfast.
