Had a tough time settling on a good hotel in Rize. Finally took this one and it was great. Good sized family room for 4 of us, clean and neat. Staff is great and helpful. Breakfast spread is awesome. Overall great stay

This Property has delivered beyond my expectations. I came to know about this property through a friend of mine who stayed here before, The rooms are very comfortable and very neat and clean. The check in experience is really friendly and quick. The best part is the food and breakfast which is just amazing and the staff pamper you well and take so good care of you. I would like to stay in this property whenever I visit again to Trabzon.

The room was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable - it was a king bed. Location of the hotel was great - walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was very good - fairly big selection of food. We thought it was good value for money. Parking was in front of the hotel and looks to be limited number of spaces - we parked a couple of hundred meters away prior to check in and left our car where it was instead of trying to navigate the narrow streets to the front of the hotel and that was no issue.

Very beautiful hotel and high level of service. Comfortable huge bed, the best service .. Very tasty breakfasts which were included.( many kinds of cheese , fresh vegetables, olives, very tasty bread and of course, Turkish tea!) It's new hotel, only one year opened. Clean, full of light. Silence sleeping. Interior aroma. Shampoo and shower gel - new each day.
