Facilities were incredibly modern, rooms very large, very bright & very clean. Breakfast was outstanding and 100% worth the value. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they gave us suggestions on local restaurants for the 1 night we stayed. They also have a laundry service, which was quick. It truly is an amazing value stop and perfect place if traveling between Istanbul and Cappadocia.

The town of Bolu and Hotel De Luxe proved to be a pleasant surprise during our long trip in Turkey. We used the hotel as a rest stop and were pleasantly surprised by the amenities on offer. The apartment where our family of four stayed /101/ was spacious and clean, with three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and two terraces. There was decent Wi-Fi and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The staff was very responsive, hospitable and well-intentioned. There is convenient free parking. The hotel is located in the city center, there is a large grocery store, restaurants and all kinds of shops nearby. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

The location is perfect, the staff is really helpful and professional, i'm traveling by motorcycle from Italy and the staff let me park in front of the hotel, also there is ALWAYS staff at the reception; which was good for asking informations and i didn't have to worry about my motorcycle being stolen. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase at the reception.

To start, the room was cozy and spacious and it looked better than the pictures. Breakfast spread was delicious and I loved the omelets. The location was 2 minutes away from the heart of Bolu and there are many amazing cafes, restaurants, and shops around the area. As the hotel was family-run, it always had a warm friendly feeling and they would give lovely recommendations of things to do and show me the location of the bus station. What made the experience amazing was the hospitality of the hosts - I was traveling alone and I soon realized that buses to the famous lakes nearby weren't running frequently (likely because of the season), they offered to drive me there for a very good price. I also enjoyed the conversations with the many aunties in the hotel, and appreciate them for tolerating my (terrible) turkish. :)
