I book regular room but they upgrade me to sea view room for free. it become like my home in Mersin and whenever I book they always make sure that they go beyond my room expectation. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mersin Hilton SA, and we must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tugay, Bilal, Cansu, Hilola, and Atilla. Each of them played a crucial role in assisting us when our luggage was lost, ensuring it was located and returned to us promptly. In addition to these individuals, other staff members also contributed to making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Their collective professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. We highly recommend the Mersin Hilton SA for anyone visiting the area.
