Superb service pick up at airport, polite helpful staff, understanding manager who allowed us late check-in, late check-out because of our flights. A very welcome relief from the uncomfortable aircraft.

The hotel staff is simply amazing! Very friendly, helpful, empathetic and do everything to please you. The room was fantastic and very new! The bed, pillows and shower were amazing! Also, the room temperature control was high tech!

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, in the bazaar. The pictures of the hotel are accurate and the hotel is even nicer than the pictures. We arrived later in the evening after the bazaar was closed. Although the taxi dropped us off on a main street it was not hard (or scary) to find the hotel. We enjoyed our stay (including the live music) and would stay again if we return to Izmir.

The room with the sea view was beautiful, I could stay in the room all day. Our kids liked their room facing the street, with colourful stairs across. It has old İzmir's vibe. Loved both rooms. The breakfast was very cutely and neatly organised. Everything we taste was delicious. Breakfast is served until 10.30, which I regret to hear. I would love to stay at least till 11.30. Hope they consider to extend the hours in the future.
