Location is great. Very close to Pamukkale entrance. A great breakfast served with passion. The team is so helpful to assist for excusion and negotiating a good price for hot air ballons. If we come back to Pamukkale will chose Akapella without hesitation.

What a lovely place and family! Considering the price, we went in with more modest expectations and we booked only for one night. But we immediately regretted not staying longer. Our two-bedroom suite was very comfortable, newly equipped, with best working AC units and internet we've had anywhere in Turkey. And the best part - you can actually see the travertines and the hot air balloons (provided you wake up by 6 am) from one of the bedrooms, which we hadn't expected at all! The city gate to the Pamukkale park is within walking distance. Parking our car under a tree for much needed shade, freshly made breakfast, and lovely, hard working hosts were all a bonus. All in all - great value for the money and much, much recommended!

The owners were very nice and ready to help you with anything. The hotel has recently opened so everything is new. You can order taxi or tours from them, eat on site or do your laundry. It’s really quiet and not too big (10 rooms) it’s only 10min by foot from the center of Pamukkale. We would be ready to go back anytime.
