The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The staff is very helpful, as we missed the flight time when returning from Ordu to Istanbul. The administration staff helped us to contact Turkish Airlines and booked us, thank God, from the center call on the same day. The breakfast is good, the breakfast place is clean, and the people in charge of the breakfast are very cheerful.

A beautifully maintained hotel within walking distance to many things, the lovely beachside promenade, the ropeway (which is a must in Ordu!), many shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well laid out with a great shower. The When restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Gorgeous, sweeping views of the surrounding hills and city and the beautiful Black Sea. The breakfast was of a high standard with good variety and freshness. The evening dining was exceptional and so delicious! The restaurant staff, cleaning staff and reception were all so attentive and helpful. Thank you to you all for making our 3 night stay an absolute delight!

Amazing new hotel! Everything is clean, cozy, and feels fresh. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but you definitely won’t go hungry. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Due to some family reasons, we had to leave earlier than planned, and the hotel kindly refunded the unused nights without any issues. Really appreciate the hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!
