Nice town with a lot of history. Good shopping area with lower prices that you may find in a tourist cities like Antalya or Bodrum. A nice city, especially for a trip break. There is an army museum which is worth visiting. A little expensive but will worth. Restaurants, caffes, bars and ice-cream all are great. We drove to the city center and took pictures of the Trogan horse used in the movie of Troy. There are restaurants and pastry shops all along the waterfront. It is located in a quiet area, where you can sleep without noises . You can arrive to Trojan horse in few minutes on foot. You can go to the beach in just 10-15 minutes on foot. Yusuf is a very kind and helpful owner. He provided us all the information we needed (he speaks perfect english) and gave us two appreciated presents.
