Our stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the outstanding service. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the spa area is beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. I came back to Sidi Bou Said because I wanted to stay at Dar Said. It is an enchanting place with a magnificent location overlooking the bay of Tunis and it feels like being in a luxurious private home where every detail is taken care of fondly and adapted to the place. The furnishings are simply perfect. The gardens are delightful and incredibly peaceful. We will come back!
