Great property, very clean, close to some touristic places, although they did offer tuk-tuk for free into town. In addition the staff was all very nice, super helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious!

Love for detail - the design was very thought through. The cafe below has a great selection of Thai teas and coffees and is very calm. There area feels quiet and safe. About 5 minutes walking you can find a busy street with great food stands and restaurants for enjoying Bangkok night life. It was like a little oasis in the Bangkok hustle. We will definitely come back ☺️

Excellent location - just in the middle of everything. Bts and bus stations in 2 min walk, 30 min walk to the main malls. There’s a canal nearby with a walking path which also has water trams. Three 7/11 shops near the hotel and also a walking street packed with street food and fruits. The room is clean and well lit. Ac works well and not noisy. It’s equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle. There are washing machines on the 1st floor you can use additional 30 baht.

Loved it! Perfect location - walking distance (approx 30 mins) to MBK, Central World, Platinum Mall, Siam.. Or use public transportation - 10 mins walk to BTS skytrain Phaya Thai and BTS Ratchatewi as well as Airport raillink and bus stops (King Phet กิ่งเพชร). 30 mins with the train to Suvarnabhumi Airport. 10 mins with bus to Samyan Mitrtown, 20 mins to Central Pinklao - more malls with clothing stores and plenty of food options. 20-30 mins walk to some fruit markets Saphan khao market, market Mahanak. Food stalls, restaurants, cafées in the area (there are also halal options in the area). Quiet neighbourhood, in an area were locals also live. Is accessible with car. If you walk from BTS Phaya Thay, I'd recommend not to use the route along the rail track (which Google maps recommend) as it is quite narrow..you can choose the other alleys and/or also via the main road Phetchaburi Rd :) Very comfortable bed. I find the beds in Asia usually to be on the harder side, but this one was very comfy!!! A really nice plus! I arrived late in the evening, at 22:00, but it's still possible to check in eventhough it says check-in time until 18:00. There are security guards there 24/7, and the nightworker helped me to check in :) Keep in mind that the security guards might be sitting outside in their booth and not in the reception :) There is also a café on the same floor which I sadly didn't find time to try..but will certainly do it next time! I highly recommend this accommodation, extremely good value for money, and will come back for sure :)

The location is perfect, within a walking distance to Kaohsan road, Palace, Temple but in a quiet road so it's not noisy at night. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, looked brand new. We got complimentary water. Staff was kind, helpful with the tours and arranging transportation. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes were delicious. The rooftop is beautifully arranged and has a wonderful view over the city. There is a nice looking pool but we didn't use it in our short stay. Although it is a little pricey it is well worth the money.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Great location but peaceful at the same time. Clean, comfy beds and pillows, good shower. Good food options & friendly staff! The pool is also a great plus to relax! And the gym is small but enough if you want to do a little something.

    not recommended to book in this hotel. much under...

    not recommended to book in this hotel. much under expectation and less standard than the rate and photos in booking. all was bad. Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.
