Everything. The hotel was STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL, cozy and friendly. The staff were amazing and caring, and paid attention to every single detail, the breakfast was good, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were upset we had to leave, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

This is a fantastic hidden gem in Chiang Mai. The hotel's grounds are filled with lush greenery, and I loved the design of all the spaces. If it's available, book the 2-bedroom private onsen room. The staff are also incredibly helpful and helped us with our itinerary. The hotel is very family-friendly, which suited our travels perfectly.

The room was simply yet modernly decorated, with a cozy color scheme, and the bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed by the bathroom design—it was not only spacious but also equipped with high-quality toiletries, making the experience truly relaxing. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. I not only received excellent service but also felt the thoughtful attention to detail. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely return.
