We had a fantastic stay! The room was truly luxurious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and breakfast being included was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Great staff, convenient for airport and they couldnt be more helpful. My family and I booked the executive suite for a single night as we were leaving for the airport early morning. The hotel was perfect. They took care of booking taxis for us to the airport, and called us to make sure it was all ok. The room was spacious and clean, the water was warm and room amenities all worked. It's difficult to find a room that sleeps four well but this was just superb. We will be back!

Check-in was smooth and the receptionist spoke basic English. The room has all the usual basic amenities: 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 bottles of shower gal, 2 bottles of shampoo, cotton buds, shower cap, 5-6 hangers, hair dryer, 2 bedroom slippers, mini fridge, kettle and 2 cups. 4 comfortable pillows and clean sheets. Perfect for my 1-night stay. The air-conditioning was strong and cooled the room fast (but you can turn up the temperature or switch to fan mode if you are afraid of the cold). WiFi in the room was stable and fast. The neighbourhood was quiet for the night I stayed and I had a good rest. There is a security guard at the entrance who is actively doing his work, checking on cars that stopped at the entrance and greeting us when we returned to the hotel past midnight (in short, I felt safe!) There was a male receptionist at the front desk at night too. There is a well stocked 7-11 just across the street. I'll be returning if I were to visit Khon Kaen again!

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I think the price for the quality and the location was great! (30 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk from the lake and the evening food market). I even extended my stay for 3 extra nights with the help of the friendly staff at the reception. I rarely needed to use the air conditioning as the temperature in the room was always pleasant despite the heat outside. The room can be cleaned if you like and 2 small bottles of water are given each day.
