Roomy enough for a family, cosy enough for a couple. The hosts were a very friendly, kind family. The owner brought her grandson to translate to English. It’s equipped with everything you need. There are walking trails direct from the cabin. There are neighbours nearby so it is not remote but they were all respectful of the peaceful area.

We really enjoyed staying at Chata u Porubäna. The small cottage in the back of the owners garden is very nice, with a cute terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. We couldn't have wished for more and would have liked to stay more than the one night we did. Special thanks to the owner's son, who is a really nice guy who speaks exceptionally good English and helped us with whatever we needed. Good luck on your upcoming roadtrip!

Very cosy, home-like small hotel in the city center. Friendly staff. I had very warm feeling staying there. The breakfast is quite general, but the food is fresh and coffee is decent. They have their own sauna, and the best restaurants and coffee-shops are just around the corner.

beautiful hotel, really loved the decor and all the plants. the wellness centre was also lovely and really great quality. The food was all delicious and really lovely quality, and the customer service was always brilliant and really helpful. About a 15 minute walk from main centre.
