The place is incredible, you are surrounded by nature, the staff is incredible, they are always willing to help you, even if your English is not good, I lost my train ticket to the airport, the staff kindly offered to take me to the airport without any cost , I really recommend this place. It’s definitely the best hotel in Abisko according to locals and personal experience. The twins room was very cozy and the bath was clean and warm. There is a helipad just right next to the hotel, you could meet the aurora there if you do not want to walk 15 mins to the lakeside (but not far, really). We also love the restaurant, we spent our dinner time there during our stays, staff was really helpful and cheerful.

Very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The heating and shower are excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The location is outstanding. In addition to the private apartment we rented, there are shared and private rooms with common areas (kitchen, living room, dining area, bathrooms, showers, etc.). Since our train departed later than our check-out time, they allowed us to use those common areas. They are excellent as well—very comfortable, clean, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. There is a lot of respect among guests, ensuring silence for rest and relaxation while enjoying views of the lake. They also offer the option to rent cold-weather gear (clothing, boots, hats, and gloves). They offer many options and activities. The staff is very friendly.

Nice location and a cheap alternative. They had good airflow in the room despite it being shut for safety reasons. It's basically a shared house with everything you need (fridge, freezer, dinning table, etc.) Nice location too.
