Everything about this property is top notch. We truly had a great time at Jasmine Garden. The GM is doing such a magnificent job that it reflects on the staff, they are so motivated to work and provide the best possible service. The Chef used to personally come to the table and make sure we are comfortable. I really admire the work ethic of the staff I interacted with at the hotel. For a Hotel in the middle eastern part of the world, all the staff are speaking fluent English which makes everything so easy. Keep it up team and we look forward to staying at Jasmine Garden in the near future.

Breakfast was served in the room which is an advantage! Location was okay. Hotel is very new and very clean. Room was super huge. Staffs, especially the restaurant & housekeeping department are very friendly.

Shirvan Hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in Jeddah! I have visited Jeddah quite a bit and Shirvan Hotel is the best stay I had. The room is super clean, bed and bathtub is huge and staff are super friendly Maya and the reception staff have been very accommodating and welcomed me despite my very late hour check in. There are also lots of cafe options walking distance

The hotel from the lobby to the rooms is no fault. Location is not bad either. close to restaurants and coffee shops, because you will be disappointed by the food at the hotel and that burned espresso. A nice gesture, common in hotels in Saudi Arabia, is receiving a treat of Arabic coffee and dates.
