Really good services available within the hotel. A few times, the receptions was told about some issues to be addressed and they resolved as quickly as possible. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, couldn’t actually fault the hotel. The staff at reception also allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to after long travels it felt good to be able to rest. Room 426 & 430! Fresh flowers on entrance are uplifting. The smell around the hotel was also amazing, out of this world. Location is also great, central and a few steps away from food courts with variety of foods to enjoy.

It is difficult to find words to describe the attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests. Location, cleanliness, spaciousness: befitting a 5-star hotel, and not to mention the breakfast, fantastic value for money. I have been using the hotel with my family for several years, the service is always top-notch. I would especially like to commend the kind staff, Mr. Foyazullah, as well as the chef, Mr. Rohul. All recommendations. I will certainly be in your prayers 😊💚

    Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location. Thank you.

    Don’t trust the hotel ratings, must be done by friends of the owner, I would not recommend it, pillows and sheets stinks, restrooms are definitely in need for upgrades, no floor towel, no body towels, leak from the restroom above, ceiling tiles almost falling. Sorry, this facility doesn’t meet minimal expectations for the cost of the rooms.
