Good communication with owner. 30m outside center but doable. Provided new baby cod. There is a small nice yard in front. Area is OK. Dark curtains were not cheap and were preventing the light. The hotel has an excellent location in the centre of the city. The receptionist is extremly friendly and helpful. The room is for three people and is very comfortable. it is very clean and warm. There is a coffee machine and an electric kettle for making tea. The private parking lot behind the hotel is very safe and easy to reach.
