We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday cake – such a lovely touch! The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. Everything was perfect – highly recommend!

This was my first visit but it won’t be my last!

This was my first visit but it won’t be my last! I had no idea that Krakow is so beautiful! It’s steeped in history, and every street in the old town is full of magnificent facades. The town square is amazing - full of cafes to sit and watch the world go by. If you like Vienna, you will love Krakow! The old castle is worth visiting. The city has many, and very diverse, churches. We ate dinner in Le Tre Sorelle restaurant and were very pleased with the meal which was really delicious. We were only in Krakow for one night unfortunately, but are intending to return for a longer stay.

Krakow is certainly a place to visit in Poland.

Krakow is certainly a place to visit in Poland. It has a rich history and I found it very easy to navigate. I was especially lucky to visit at the end of the International Folk Art fair. This introduced me to a large variety of folk art and handicrafts. In addition, there was a lot of local Polish cuisine to try out. I arranged two day trips from Krakow. One was to Auschwitz-Birkenau. This was a moving and emotional experience. The other was a trip to Zakopane south of the city, where we saw more of the countryside and also visited a thermal bath. Definitely recommended

City is beautiful, I’d recommend the buggy tour but bargain with them. We did Auschwitz and the Salt mines, both worth seeing. We also did the wax museum it’s so bad you nearly had to see it. We also went to the Banksy museum which was excellent.

Krakow has a great vibe, lots to see, friendly people . Plus we found it a very romantic city We loved the salt mine , we used Bolt to get there and back , Schindler’s ceramic factory was very interesting and ou4 main reason for this trip was our visit to Auchwitz. It was heartbreaking but worth it ,and to honor those who lost their lives there .

Like Paris and Prague, Kraków was mostly spared destruction in WWII. The city has a vibrant old town with a magnificent main square, largest in Europe, churches and fortifications that date back nearly 1000 years, and very friendly locals who always seem happy to help. Don't miss ascending the bell tower of St. Mary's on the hour for the trumpet call. The Salt Mine is just a short train ride out of town and a must-see: wear good walking shoes and a light jacket. Leave time for wandering and exploring. A wonderful city!

The room was modern and very clean and spacious. The bathroom was the same, and the shower was probably the best I've encountered in any hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We requested new towels each day and extra tea bags for our room. The breakfast was in an adjoining restaurant and was excellent. You have a choice of 9 and a beverage each. It's a 10 minute walk from the Old Town main square. Highly recommend this hotel and would be the place I'd stay if I ever went back to Krakow.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located just next to the main square in the historic Old Town of Krakow. The location couldn't be better for exploring the city's charming streets and landmarks. Despite its central location, the rooms were remarkably quiet throughout the day, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment was a stones throw from the main square but very quiet. The large bed was comfy, and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful and lots of hot water. The host was very clear on check in instructions and all went very smoothly! Very happy and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Krakow city centre.
