the whole experience at this hotel was fabulous. from the time we arrived until we left we were made to feel like guests, not like other hotels who seem to lose enthusiam on the last day. ALL OF THE STAFF were super helpful and enthusiatic from the cleaners, reception, restaurant, foyer etc. all of them knew their job and were very helpful and answered our questions or requests. Breakfast buffet has all you could want if you are westerner - fruits, porridge, lassi, tea / coffee, eggs as you like, bread/toast, too many cakes, and local dishes and breads if you wish (not too spicy !!!). The hotel is set back from the road - so it is a little quieter. Walking is not so easy around Lahore - but the Hotel is not far from the Museum and Anakarli Bazaar; and short tuktuk ride from the Walled City; fort etc. The company has a couple of other Hotels in northern Pakistan that i will defintely be staying at next visit.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with a level of hospitality that suprised. Special thanks to Muzzamil, the Assistant Front-of-House Manager, and Haider, the F&B Operations Manager. Their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Pakistani culture is legendary for its generosity and kindness towards guests, and the Nishat Hotel embodies this spirit perfectly. It wasn’t just a stay - it was a heartfelt experience that reminded me why hospitality is considered an art in this part of the world. The Nishat Gulberg is an intimate, bespoke experience i highly recommend!     Lahore is a beautiful city with people you will fall in love with. You are always welcomes. I am from Karachi Pakistan and i was welomced as a guest everywhere i go. Even at one of the restaurant the guy offered me free meal because i am their guest. I love the way people respected and helped me in everything. I was using a rental car with driver and he becomes my best friend in no time. Let me know if you like a driver who knows everything, educated and well versed with moving along with family.

    Lahore is a very historical and cultrual city. It has many historical buildings fromt he times of Mughal Empires, like Shahi Qilla. Badshahi Masjid, Shalamar Garden, etc. etc. It is the city of many cultural events. The city is very green, neat and clean, transportaion system is very good.

    Amazing location, central to everything. Super close to all amenities and close to the main attractions of Lahore. Staff around the hotel were so attentive and happy! It was an absolute delight being at The Nishat Hotel. Great range of food available too!
