The staff there at Joane Suites is very accommodating and it's also very easy to communicate with them. We had to extend our stay in the day and there was no fuss about it. The room was spacious.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I got a complimentary small box of brownies aside from the quality toiletries and bottles of drinking water. They even have slippers, steam iron and hanging rack for clothes, and a small kitchen counter with sink. The only thing missing is a trash bin for the dining area, although they have also provided trash bags.

I booked this room to surprise our mom for her birthday. Staff were able to answer my queries and accommodate our requests as we needed to have a cake and some balloons ready before she gets into the room.
