The place is very neat and very cozy! You can cook simple meals in the unit and the amenities and toiletries are complete. Everything is exceptional. Even Tiyo (caretaker) very friendly and helpful. The owner also is very accommodating and responsive. They even help us look for Lucban Longganisa and delivered to our villa. Plus the free Mangos :)) . If u found negative feedback on google reviews especially those flies etc its a lie (hindi sya malangaw at all)

The place was in a good location with a swimming pool facility and a few minutes walk to the beach. The owner communicated well, and the caretaker was very helpful. The place feels very secure.
