The room has a veranda. It was useful for my friend who smoke.. 😅 The location is GREAT, it is near NGC where we were able to attend the Tanduays fest where we were able to watch Elly Buendia perform to the residents of Bacolod. It is also near to Merzci pasalubong store, and other establishments like banks, supermarkets, etc. All of the staff are OK too, they are welcoming and easy to talk with when we are asking for directions and recommendations. They are the one who suggested us to go to the Tanduay fest. The facilities are ok too such as the aircon, the TV/cable and the shower has a heater.

I like the cleanliness and convenience of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. I also forgot my bag at the lobby. The bag was still there. We had a very nice stay. I will surely recommend this hotel to my family, friends and relatives. Very convenient. There were free hygiene supplies such as toothbrush, toothpaste, 3 in 1 body wash and tissue. There were also complimentary of 2 mineral water bottles. So far, I will give 100 ⭐s/10. Great experience for me.

My wife and I have traveled many places through out Asia and stayed in many hotels. The Le Chateau is one of the nicest places we stayed. Ramon and the staff personally greeted us upon our arrival, they were very friendly and asked if there is anything they can do to make our stay as comfortable as can be. The property is new and the rooms are spacious and clean only about 5 min. drive to Bacolod central market and 10 min. to SM and S &R shopping malls.

Our time with Goldland Caelestis Guest House wasn't just a stay, it was an experience! The guest house itself is charming and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, a comfort zone of a comfort room, a beautiful living room, unlimited coffee and tea, these are just among the wonderful things inside the house. And the best part, for me at least, the hosts, 😊, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, we had great conversations, they even served as our tour guide, photographers, and quite honestly, we kinda almost felt like we were part of their extended family during our stay 😁
