This place is gorgeous and clean. The property owner is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I booked this place in Sasa to be close to the ferry to Samal Island. I definitely recommend it and will book again.

Location is very private and peaceful, best place to spend time with your loved ones away from the city life. House and the view are beautiful, it has an overlooking view of the sea and you are surrounded with nature. Host of the house is very friendly, informative and always willing to help. The Staff were exceptional. Attention to detail and customer focus was outstanding. Location was kept in traditional Philippines pacific style which is so much better than a giant concrete monolith planted in a beautiful natural part of the world. Only 45 minutes by private boat is very commutable. Food was excellent and catered for everyone. All the facilities were constantly being cleaned and maintained to postcard status 24/7 Happy hour everyday and 50% off all drinks for a further hour daily . No request was too hard for the exceptional staff . Great value for money .
