The room was comfortable, with a good sized dining table, it was nice to have free Netflix and YouTube set up on the tv and good free WiFi connection. The location was so convenient, next to SM Shopping Mall, with great food court and everything else you would need. Laundry services outside the building also pharmacy and great barber, close to transport links for city and behond. Very friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay. I will be back:)

We’ve stayed here twice whilst passing through Cebu City , it’s a new , great hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us on both our visits, very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is a great bonus. And we used the gym and pool which is included in the price. The beds comfy and big. Wifis great. Secure hotel. Everything you need. Great hotel.

Staff are friendly, helpful,attentive Place is clean and modern Food is good. We had free breakfast with our accomodation. The ORGANIC shampoo, conditioner and body wash and handwash. Comfortable mattress and pillow. Clean and fresh.

The hotel is quite new, the lobby smells nice. Rooms are well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and my room had an amazing sight to the city (16th floor). The staff is super kind! I spent 2 weeks here and by the end they remembered me and we even chatted with a few of them. Food is great, there are changes in the breakfast menu every day (although the majority is standard). Very good location, just 5 minutes on foot from the Ayala center, the surrounding area is safe and clean. Ayala has some amazing restaurants too.

This hotel exceeds our expectations❤️ security guard is so friendly always on the go to give us directions🫶 receptionist from our check in and check out time are amazing, most of all fnb staff specially during the breakfast kudos to the chef food might be very simple but it’s so good🤗 room is well clean and spacious more than enough space for us plus they have upgraded us. Definitely will recommend this hotel exceptional customer service from all staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were accommodating at the restaurant when we requested something for my husband who was having an upset stomach. The room was very clean and a comfy king size bed. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet and location was amazing!
