- bed was super comfy - mall right next door (anything your heart desires can be found there) - huge delicious breakfast variety - attentive staff (partner was sick & choice of breakfast was arranged by the restaurant hostess to be delivered to the room) We wanted to have a relaxed place before our long distance flight the next day and this place was the right choice. Would book it any time again!

Due to delayed flights and failing to catch my connecting flight, I arrived in Manila one day later. I have informed both booking.com and TRYP of my situation and have requested to rebook my stay. There was no clear response so I was resigned to an unfavorable outcome. Upon landing in Manila, I was delighted to read an email from Ms Cheska (front desk officer) saying that it was (internally) decided to rebook my dates of stay and that I may check-in early. How my situation was dealt with showed the kind of service the establishment can offer to their customers.
