This is my "Go to place" every time I visit Butuan City. I honestly can not say enough great things about this hotel. The staff are always so friendly. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The free breakfast is large, great tasting and plentiful.

It is near SM and Gaisano. It is near to restaurants. It is not difficult to take the orange PUV. We checked in on Dec 25.. the area is near the provincial capitol-- the place have christmas lights on..you can stroll in the evening and enjoy the view.

The staff were amazing. They knew what we wanted and always choose the right food when we were not sure. They were very helpful. Everyone played their part to perfection. Food was excellent too and the fresh pineapple juice was a delight.
