Excellent stay, very helpful staff, room was spacious and clean and the bed was so huge. The lovely terrace is great for relaxing after long days of sightseeing, and the location couldnt be better - right in the center yet peaceful and quiet

Best customer service in Peru. They offer a breakfast basket at any hour so you can make it to your tours early and not miss breakfast. They are very helpful and gave great recommendations. We got a handmade gift before we left. Extremely nice and professional staff.

My stay at Antigua Casona in Cusco was simply fantastic. From the smooth check-in process to the incredibly delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. The room was charming and cozy, and given how cold Cusco gets in the evenings, they brought me a hot water bottle and a special nighttime tea to help me sleep better. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable, and the boutique style of the hotel added to the overall charm. I was absolutely delighted with my stay and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Afma Cusco! The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hot shower was perfect after long days of exploring, one of the best I’ve had in Peru. The room was very comfortable, quiet and even had heating, which is a huge plus in Cusco. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet in a calm and peaceful area. The breakfasts were fresh and generous, a great way to start the day. A special mention to Gjeis at the front desk, super friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, tranquility and genuine hospitality in the heart of Cusco!

The staff are very kind and super helpful. The rooms are pretty and very clean, and the view of the city from the lobby is stunning. The restaurant is excellent, for breakfast as well as other meals. On days that you have to leave for a early tour before breakfast time, they even offer to make you a lunch box to-go instead.
