Rooms are clean and enough for staying a night or two. there are enough storage options if needed. everything is convenient and calm. parking is plenty. as i only stay over in muscat to run errands, i will definitely use this place again. i like the female only fact.

Really loved the place. It has a really nice location in the wadi. The owner is also very accomodating and gave us a large family room since we have kids around. The staff were also amazing specially the barista and all the guys workign at the place, very hositable and kind!

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were given a room in a better category than we had booked. The room had everything you could need. All our wishes were 100 percent fulfilled. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic especially "Arabic lentil soup" and "Butter chicken" were our favorite dishes at dinner. The room was perfectly maintained. Also the hotel area is well maintained. Pools and gym are super! We want to sincerely thank all the hotel staff: administration, reception, room managers, all restaurant staff (Asteria 😊), gym staff and grounds maintenance staff. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the stunning rooms to the amazing service. New and very comfortable hotel close to the airport. All amenities, the rooms and beds were great. The highlight was the staff though, who took the utmost care of me and made sure I was well looked after. Shout-out to Victor who did a great breakfast service every morning. Since the hotel was not too busy, there was no breakfast buffet but individual dishes prepared - really good! There is not too much to do in close proximity to the hotel, so I'd definitely recommend renting a car when staying here as you'll need to do some driving to get around.

We had a pleasant stay, the room was very big with nice views to the sea. It was equipped with everything we needed. It is a short drive to the meeting point in Seeb port for visiting Daymanyat island. The staff was also very welcoming!

Clean, modern, spacious, and well designed. Lots of natural light come in through big windows. We had an especially comfortable bed, and the windows had blackout curtains, so it was hard to get out of bed! Housekeeping staff were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful with any questions we had. Lots of free underground parking. 100% recommend!
