The villa is very private and u get the whole villa with a nice garden and swings , jacuuzi and fully equipped kitchen to urself. It’s a great place to do bbq or swim and its safe and secure, lovely for kids. The villa was fully equipped but u need to take your own toileiteries. The host was quick and responsive and we loved the horses. All in all, its a great private place for urself. It was easy to find with the address by the location pin given by th owner and it was close from wadi shahab.

We are travelling around Oman as part of our honeymoon and the staff made sure we were treated beyond our expectations! We were greeted with a decorated room, a cake and fruit basket, as well as a huge box of chocolates! We are so grateful for their efforts and how they went out their way to create a memorable stay for us. Aside from that, the room and bathroom were clean. There is a communal area that is shared with another room (that was empty during our stay) with a generous sized kitchen. There is also a fridge and water bottles supplied in our room. The TV is a good size with Netflix provided. Out of all the stays, I enjoyed their showerhead the most - great pressure! The hotel is fairly new so everything is in great shape. Lots of parking outside and easy to access other areas in Sur. Thank you Ajilu and the team for providing an exceptional stay.

Everything was perfect, we dont understand how it doesnt have a higher punctuation! Even though its not in Sur center its a good stop when you come from the dessert and then continue to Muscat or the other way around. Its easy to get to sur centre with your own car. The pool and the room its nice and the breakfast had a big choice of things. The shisha corner its also very nice presented. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Very nice and spacious villa with comfortable bedrooms and enclosed bathrooms, big living/dining room, indoor and outdoor pools and playground. Excellent location close to Sur but very quiet and private.

Fabulous room, very kind receptionist and other staff. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing, so was the swimmig pool where we spent 2 hours. We would love to return.

The room was really spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The man on reception was really friendly and helpful and always smiling. Just note that it’s better if you have a car to get around this area, it’s not close walking distance. But I would highly recommend, it has a lovely vibe.
