Cleanliness is excellent. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, within walking distance. The kitchen contains most of the main cooking utensils, as well as an oven and two refrigerators. The place is quiet for recreation. Nearby tourist places: Wadi Al-Arbaeen, Najm Identity Park, the beaches of Fence, Bama, Wadi Al-Shab and Wadi Tiwi, a 15-minute drive away.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful – so wonderful that I really regretted not having booked two nights here! The resort is really beautiful and offers lots of cute spots to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenerey! The staff took great care of us and was really helpful, the food was fantastic. (Those welcome drinks!!! That dinner buffet!!!) 100% recommended!

There is something quite magical about this location, and the layout is quite lovely, right on the beach, and my goodness swimming in the sea here at sunrise was one of my favourite memories from my trip to Oman. Nasser is a very kind and attentive host, who prepared a nice BBQ fish dinner for us. We saw turtles when we were swimming in the sea.

I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning villa in Fins, Oman, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the ambiance was unique and incomparable. What made our stay even more special was the host. They were exceptionally kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request promptly. Overall, this villa is a gem that combines luxury, comfort, and nature’s beauty. We stayed here as a stop over between Sur and As Sifah and it was perfect. Coming from Wadi Al Arbeieen this was perfectly located for us. The house was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
