The stay begins even before you get to the camp. We didn't have 4WD, so the camp had given us a meeting point where we were picked up on time. We could leave our car at the meeting point. When we arrived at the camp, we had some Karak tea and dates. This was special for Ramadan time, because otherwise it was hard to find something to eat during the day in Oman (except in supermarkets). We were welcomed in a very friendly and open way. The tent was really spacious and the shower and toilet adjacent to the tent were perfect. There is sand everywhere, but that comes with the desert. The beds were rather rustic, metal frame, mattress, bedding. But they were fine for one night and you are sleeping in a desert camp. You can easily walk into the adjacent dunes and let the endless expanse take its effect on you once again. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and very tasty! We were also able to talk to the staff and learn a bit about life in the region.

I had an excellent experience at this property. The hotel was super clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality provided. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it to others!

The tents are very authentic, the beds are big and comfortable. The place has a beautiful setting in the desert. We were welcomed by dates, coffee, fruits. We ordered a dinner, which was really delicious and rich. Also, the breakfast was a traditional arab pancake, absolutely tasty. You need a 4 WD car to get to the camp, but the host can pick you up at a designated location.

The property was very clean and the caretaker (Mr. Sajjad) was very helpful. The property is about 200 meters away from the sand dunes. The views from the property during the morning and night are equally spectacular. There is a road for cars that are NOT 4x4 to reach the property as well. However, it’s best to contact the owner for guidance. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The surroundings are clean. The owner was very friendly and polite. We loved our stay!

We had a great one night stay at Moon light luxury camp , where we watched stars and shooting stars. The tent itself was on the higher floor which gives feeling safe and secure. Everything was provided in the tent such as towels, dental kits, soups and bedding . They provided breakfast for us the next morning. Simple and tasty. We appreciate Mr. Amr and Mr.Salim for providing pick up and drop off to the main road. The owners were super friendly and helpful. If you stay at this camp DO NOT MISS sunset from the sand hills and sunrise from your tent. We would definitely come back here and I would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.
