Lovely cozy accomodation with lots of natural light and all the conveniences needed for a relaxing and easy weekend away. Lots of space and privacy to relax, help on hand as much or as little as we needed. We really enjoyed our stay, close walking proximity to the main centre but tucked away enough to enjoy nature and quiet. Very nice, professional hosts who made us feel welcome, and added a few little touches here and there that made our whole trip just right, allowing us to make the most of our time visiting Greytown

Lovely host very quick to answer questions. The house is warm, dry and cosy. Had dehumidifier in the house. Full kitchen Shower has great pressure. Outdoor area in the back can be enjoyed in warmer days. It was wet and cold on our visit. Close walking distance to Greytown shops. Easy to get to other parts of Wairarapa. Was quite inspite of the closeness to the main road. Good sensor light outside

Absolutely perfect stay! Kerri & Brett went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. They even prepared a generous breakfast for us, including scrambled eggs and coffees to take away. Our stay here has been absolutely the best we've ever experienced. From the delightful homemade cake to the peaceful ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. The place is not only incredibly comfortable but also very clean. The bathtub was another highlight—we absolutely loved it. This place truly feels special, and we can't recommend it enough!

    Greytown is a nice little town in the Wairarapa, a bit fency...

    Greytown is a nice little town in the Wairarapa, a bit fency, with lots of cafe and diverse shops. I particularly recommend the French Bakery, which sells amazing French-like croissant and good brioches. I also recommend the walk in the memorial park, which is a remnant of native bush, which survived from the farmland associated deforestation more than common in the Wairarapa. Finally I recommend the bar at the White Swan, very cool place for drinks ! Out of Greytown, head to the Mount Holdsworth carpark and "climb" to the lookout, definitely worth it !

    Beautiful accommodation, close to township.

    Beautiful accommodation, close to township. Everything we needed was provided, very compact but all we needed. Breakfast and extras provided especially the chocolate cake set this accommodation apart from others. Definitely 5 star.

    Liked  · Location was handy to the place we were going and almost accessible to everything. Staff was friendly and showed us around. Disliked  · Room 1 is infested with tiny ladybugs . Could’ve been better if there’s no ladybug pestering around the ceiling when we’re already in bed. Found about 7-8 inside room and they do fly! Ive got my son sleeping on other bed and seen one crawling, that’s when i found out when I look at ceiling that it’s around the room. And just when we’re about to go in the morning, thought there was a fly flying, nope! Just the ladybug 🐞 which landed on the curtain. They seriously need to start cleaning the room to remove those tiny ladybugs. Whilst it doesn’t pose much of danger, I wasn’t able to have a good sleep as was waking up checking thinking it might crawl on us and get inside our ears coz they’re quite tiny, and that could be painful if it does end there! Left a review at their site as well to tell that it’s infested with tiny ladybugs🐞 also could do better with kettle, was about to make tea but found it very rusty.

    Lovely feel to this town.

    Lovely feel to this town. All the shops have worked together to create a realistic "old-world" atmosphere. Visitors can browse or buy in a pleasant and unpressured way. I always feel happy during my visits to Greytown.

    Wandered along the main street of Greytown earlier in the day and went out to Dinner at the White Swan Hotel with a small group of people for an occasional meet up and get together. The Winterfest Christmas was on in town but that was not the purpose of our visit.

    Greytown is the most charming place.

    Greytown is the most charming place. All the shops are interesting and varied with beautiful things and charming and friendly staff. The cafes are great. Wineries are close and it’s a nice easy side trip to Martinborough. A lovely area.

    We loved staying at the farmhouse! toys for the kids and lots of space for them to explore. Very close, walkable distance to Greytown shops. House was very warm with the double glazing and fire. We didn't even need the heatpump. Hosts were very lovely and had great communication. My only regret is not using the coffee filter machine as that would have been nice to wake up to. We plan to stay again.
