Lots of things to like - very peaceful surroundings, the bed was very comfortable with beautiful bedding, lovely touches eg Alexa, elegant tea and coffee presentation box, offer of a bottle of milk on arrival. Lovely big shower room and drawer under sink for toiletries, nice big fridge, wardrobe, outdoor space, pretty gardens, communal barbecue, washing machine option, own parking space, very helpful greeting on arrival.

    we go up there a lot through the year to visit friends.

    we go up there a lot through the year to visit friends. heaps to do in the summer and winter is a little less but if you time it right you can see and do amazing things. like we where there for the Light up Winter festival and it was amazing. fully recommend. it's the epicenter of central Otago.

    I love the area and the town of Cromwell with its rich history. It still has a small-town community feel to it, which I love. My husband scored a much sought-after purchase, Cromwell shops did not disappoint.

    Wonderful stay in Cromwell. Weather was gorgeous.

    Wonderful stay in Cromwell. Weather was gorgeous. We did the Lake Dunstan E-bike ride which was stunning. Wine tasting at Mt Difficulty. I would recommend you make reservations in the restaurants - everywhere was very busy and we couldn't get in unless we had reserved a table.

    It is a quiet country town with friendly people.

    It is a quiet country town with friendly people. Our motel (Cromwell Hotel) wasn’t much good as we got the dumpy cottage. We had a nice pizza at a pizza place at the Mall shopping center and a yummy egg & bacon bap at Afix cafe at the same Sh. Centre. Picked up some lovely fruit at stalls on road out to Queenstown (just out of Cromwell)

    We were only passing through Cromwell on our long journey home and this studio room was perfect for us. Very clean, tidy and modern with lots of space to move around. There was a pool which we didn’t use but pool towels were provided. A very comfortable nights stay. Will definitely book again if stopping in Cromwell

    This motel is well maintained with modern fixtures and bathroom with a spa bath. It is right in the business district with restaurants, cafes and a supermarket near by. The staff were very welcoming and found safe storage for our ebikes. We will certainly stay here on future visits to Cromwell.

    A lovely little unit which was perfectly comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the little balcony enjoying a nice evening breeze and views to the hills. So close to Cromwell and the start of our bike ride. Private and peaceful.
