I loved the authenticity of the structure and setting. It deserves the historical designation that it has received. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating to our needs. Newa Chen seved us as a place to rest and recuperate from our trip to Mustang.

I cannot fault the stay as a whole. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent. The location is perfect for a Patan visit. The rooms and bathrooms were wonderful, clean and well equipped.

The highlight of my stay, however, was the staff's attention to detail and exceptional service. They were always available to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions.     It is less filled with tourists than Kathmandu or Thamel and seems to me more authentic. The Durbar square is amazing, as well as the small local temples and stupas. You can find delicious food everywhere, whatever you want, and people are very nice. You can get around on foot, but if you want to go to Kathmandu itself or to Bhaktapur, you can take a car via the Indrive app.

    Of the 3 medieval Durbar Squares I visited (Patan, Kathmandu and Bhaktapur), I was most impressed by Patan's. Maybe because it was so easily accessible to my lodging (I was able to walk there twice), and the smallest of the three; or very possibly due to its being my introduction to the stunning architecture of the Newar culture and the history of Hinduism & Buddhism in Nepal. I recommend a full day to see the temples and do the museum justice; a guide is definitely a plus, to get the most out of your visit.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was stunning—modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home with all the comforts and conveniences you could ask for.The attention to detail throughout the apartment was impressive—from high-speed internet and smart TV to premium toiletries and cleaning services. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you could tell that the management takes great pride in maintaining the property. What I also loved was the central location. Suite Homes Serviced Apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around so convenient.     I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the 1 BHK Premium Apartment! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the sleek, modern design and immaculate cleanliness of the space. The apartment was not only stylish but also incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.What really stood out was the attention to detail. High-quality furniture, smart home features, and the little touches like fresh linens and premium toiletries made my stay feel like a true getaway. The apartment was also equipped with high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay connected if needed. The location was fantastic—central to everything I wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my trip.     This is the perfect place to stay in Patan, which BTW is much better than Kathmandu/Thamel in my opinion. The view onto the water tank with the temple and the stupa next to it is breathtaking! And Shailendra and his wife are incredibly nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and you can have bottled water whenever you want from downstairs. I had the most delicious chick pea curry for breakfast in my life! I am very happy to have chosen this place.

    The house is a traditional lovely building, in a quiet and very charming square of Patan. The hosts are so lovely and made me feel very welcome, I even joined their Saturday Pooja (morning ritual) ! My balcony over the temple was my favorite place for breakfast and chilling! Sila is very attentive and warm and I would definitely return back to it if I get the chance!!thank you!!!

    Location was great - close to cultural sites and business (I was travelling for the latter). Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. I stayed with a colleague, with whom I had also stayed at another hotel nearby - which is the kind we would usually stay at, with a more corporate/conference feel. We both agreed KGH Patan was a lot better ;-)
