View, Location is outstanding. Food was excellent and Chef made special JAIN meals for us. Ms Dagfrid Duffel was so caring and friendly that made us feel we are at home. So much information she shared and guided us to some of the other best places to visit which are not covered by any tourist, like 222 Peaks in Molde is a must when traveling to Alesund. This place is about 40mins drive from Kristiansund but it's better to stay here than at any commercial property in Kristiansund.

A very beautiful and complete house in a beautiful environment and the owners are a warm and friendly couple. I recommend you to experience staying here. The distance to the Atlantic Road is about 10 minutes and the house is much more beautiful and complete than its photos. I ask the owner to post more complete photos of the house because the house is very beautiful.

The hosts (Pablo and Caro) were great! From the moment we stepped into the guest house, we got the very warm welcome from Pablo, who walked us around the property and shared his travel stories with us (when we are like minded travellers around the world!). We are very glad to find this place - it was special in offering such a unique experience staying next to the charming water (and only if we could stay for more nights!). Overall, the place is clean, cosy and close to nature. We can’t ask for more!

We stayed in the glamping tent and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find it was heated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the tent was cosy with beautiful soft furnishings fairy lights and candles. There were clean, modern shared bathroom facilities in the boathouse with lovely warm showers for after a dip in the fjord and we were able to enjoy a campfire and do some fishing. Our host Henriette was incredibly friendly, great communication before we arrived, gave us a full tour of everything and checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay.

    Vevang is a small quiet community along the Atlantic coast...

    Vevang is a small quiet community along the Atlantic coast and Fjords. It has low population, so roads are relatively quiet, neighbors are spread out and respect privacy, and there is so much natural beauty. We got really lucky with the weather, but were able to enjoy much cycling and a little kayaking, enjoyed the sunsets, and most of all, the view out over the water.
