All is new and sparkling clean in the apartment. The host is was very polite allowing us to check in earlier as we stayed with a child. It was nice to have small bites prepared in advance by host. I would recommend those apartment for those who are interested in staying next to the airport or going to Sepilok or Sandakan.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The room was equipped with a good air conditioner, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower with easy temperature control. Like many Southeast Asian accommodations, the shower is located near the toilet, but the floor dries fairly quickly. The Wi-Fi worked well, allowing me to work and attend business calls without any issues. Self check-in with no staff on-site, but access was easy and the team is responsive via WhatsApp if needed. I recommend this accommodation because it's actually located in the more modern part of town, with all the necessary amenities nearby—supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The city center didn’t have much to offer in comparison
