Last week i stayed at a Imperial Lexis KL where the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering thoughtful amenities and local recommendations. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring my room was spotless. What really stood out was their willingness to accommodate special requests with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

The price paid was really value-for-money while the hotel was closely located to the main areas around Bukit Bintang while at the same being far enough to have some peace and nice sleep. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable - with housekeeping done on a daily basis. It was nice coming back to a fresh room every day after sightseeing, shopping, etc. I warmly recommend this place.

We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

    My favourite places are Midvalley megamall, Pavilion n 1Utama. I searched for the local food in the malls. I love Nasi Lemak, Nyonya Kuih, Hokkien Mee n Bak Kut Teh. It’s quite easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. I’ll definitely come back again next year.

    Just a beautiful city with so much greenery, tall buildings, mountains, water activities, excellent food especially seafood which I loved the most, and shopping was definitely the best be it street shopping at Petaling Street or shopping at the malls in Bukit Bintang, The best part was that all was affordable. Central market was my favourite.

    The best part of my stay was the tour I did to the Batu Caves, Ramayana Caves, and Kanching Falls, and this was because the tour guide was superb, giving us a great history of Malaysia, and a feast of information about aspects of life in Malaysia. After Cambodia, the customer service in Kuala Lumpur was pretty lacklustre. For example, getting out of the airport was a mission - the staff at the bus terminal were discourteous and unhelpful.

    Eat with the locals where you will get the best feeds and flavours. Get out of the touristy spots it's so much more easier and relaxed. We always have great fun and great value for money. To see the attractions get there early as it fills up fast and lines are long. Not every where uses cash or cards so have some of both as it always comes in handy.

    Changkat and Alor Street were great but I enjoyed exploring the side streets and eating and drinking with other nationalities in their restaurants and bars. So many to choose from 3 nights and two full days was too short in hindsight. 4 nights and 3 full days would better. Please note - if you want to visit the Petronas Towers experience book in advance. I forgot and the day I went there were no free slots!! I didn’t get to Batu Caves but was told there are many steps just to be aware.

    Sometimes overwhelming but also exhilarating. Food options aplenty, stunning modern architecture softened by lush green planting and beautiful trees. Covered raised walkways are a great way to move about in the heat.

    Everything was great! The location, the food and the friendly staffs. It’s a minute walk to the main street of Bukit Bintang, close to all restaurants and MRT. Breakfast and teatime are included in the booking which is amazing. The room was always clean and it comfortably accommodated 3 adults. Special thanks Mr. Farid from reception, the security person who always welcomed us with a smile and takes great care of Donny (the hotel cat) and Mr. Anamul from the restaurant. All the staffs were super friendly.

Inside, i was at awe on the look of the hotel lobby, kind of majestic. staffs inside are courteous and very helpful. the hotel overall experience is fantastic- the expectations you should get in a 5 star hotel staffs are excellent
