Facilities were new and comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Location may not be the best for those looking to explore Georgetown, but is perfect if you want to stay at Bayan Lepas area.

We enjoyed the place a lot, staff were very helpful. Although I lost my guarantee letter I was still given back my cash. Definitely coming back this place was one of the things that made me love Penang. The breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties. 😅I wish the way to the parking was a little bit bigger, but it was fine.
