The reason why we always booked Doubletree hotels is mainly because of The hospitality was AWESOME, TOP NOTCH SERVICE. The staffs was friendly and accommodating. Never failed to greet us with a genuine smile all the time and create small talk whenever. I must mention Kishan, The Makan Place person in-charge is the main person why we always returned. Hes veey informative. The lady that checked us in was friendly and well polite. The bellboy, Francis that helped us out with our luggage gave us a warm departure. Our main facilities as an athlete couple is the always the gym. I have to rate your gym facilities for a small space is fully equipped. There wasn't so much machine but it is decent enough to utilise and get our workout/trainings programme fulfilled. DEFINITELY A COMEBACK TO ANY DOUBLETREE HOTEL BECAUSE THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS AND HAS BEEN THE BEST IN ANY HOTEL WE'VE BEEN SO FAR!!! WILL NEVER MISS THE BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a great 1 night stay before their grand opening. Great experience. Room, bed and pillow are very comfy. Similar to the KSL in Johor. Firm enough to have a good night sleep. Location will be superb when the mall is fully open. During my visit, it is still under construction. Just right across the street, there are many fast food chains like MCD, Family Mart etc. So grabbing fast food is extremely simple. 7-11 just right next to the lobby. Staff are very friendly. During my stay as the hotel is new. Spacious Gym and facilities are very new. Enjoyed my stay and will re-visit when I stop by Klang again.

Customer service was impeccable and beyond my expectations. Shamine, Malini and Adams were great hosts. Kuhen was exceptionally good at ensuring my safety, efficient transportation and availed himself to schedule and book an exciting tour of Kuala Lumpur to enhance my experience. The service was excellent, the staff were very helpful. Thank you for the manager Zahary who helped a lot during my stay making it more comfortable, feels like staying at home. Definitely coming back to Concorde for the next trip. The little convenience store and 24 hours room service were very helpful.
