We couldn't recommend Mehel more!! From the moment we landed in Malé they couldn't have been more helpful and kind! Our ferry was cancelled so the staff booked us a lovely room for a night and rearranged our transfer to the next day. When we arrived, we were greeted at the ferry and this incredible service continued until the end of our stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, and downstairs there is free tea/coffee, snorkelling equipment and a lovely area to chill. Both the western and Maldivian breakfasts were incredible too! We booked activities through Mehel for a very good price and honestly couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! Our highlight was getting to know the lovely owners and staff who made the trip truly special!

Very nice and clean hotel, conveniently located close to bikini beach. Its beautiful terrace allows you to eat with a view of the sea. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff and their ability to meet our needs and fulfil our wishes made our stay at Vilu Thari Inn perfect. The staff is operative and always ready to help you discover the paradises of nature, above and below the water. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at By the shade Maldives! The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We booked the snorkeling safari and the nurse shark trip — both were unforgettable adventures. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a cozy and peaceful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Great breakfast, nice a/c room, free access to lounge chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, SUP, and a rooftop stargazing bed. The host was great he gave us a full tour of the island and even set up a free dinner on the beach for us to celebrate Valentine's Day. He really goes above and beyond expectations. The restaurant on site was the best on the island and cheap.

We had the most wonderful stay at this family-owned hotel on Omadhoo! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind. They organised our transfer from the airport to the island, picked us up from the pier and also drove us to the pier at 6:30 in the morning. The rooms were clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the island, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Omadhoo. The hotel is right next to the pier where the locals feed the sharks and sting rays in the evening. The walk to the bikini beach is around 8 mins by foot. Breakfast was more than enough and delicious. If you're looking for an authentic local experience in a beautiful, quiet island setting, I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for the hospitality!

    Super nice small island, people are very friendly and the tourist beach is relative small but always clean and super nice with even a barrier just few meters from the beach. Water is perfect as you would expect at Maldives. One of the best things is that many point of interest for snorkeling/diving are close and easy to reach with a boat

    upon arrival, the reception was like on a resort island. the people are very nice and helpful. the guest house is very clean and environmentally conscious. the look is excellent. the view from the dining room is breathtaking. I add that we go to them, so we have to follow the rules of behavior and dress
