Unbelievable color of water , big variety of foods in restaurant with Maldivian Food corner to visit (be careful not all have good taste :p ) , Staff are very friendly especially the guy that bring you from water villa to the island !! The water villa with pool is very spacious and comfortable , we much enjoyed the floating breakfast in the pool .

Perfect hotel with wonderful location and service. Absolutely recommended to everyone who loves Sun, Ocean, relax and coctails ))) The fact that the hotel belongs to RIU holding brings a lot of value, especially in the area of Management & Quality standards, which indeed a high-level. Room cleaning – twice per day, good beach towel management. The territory is clean and cosy. The staff use silent electro-cars, you never hear them doing their routine job. All your requests can be served via RIU Mobile application, the staff reaction is agile and adequate. All-inclusive program is working well, the food is Ok for adults and kids. Main buffet and 2 a-la-carte restaurants (Italian style and Steak house). Good bar service which provides international beverages, including 24/7 Sport-bar (here is special thanks to barmen Fredrick, who always open and friendly to the customers, ready to help and support). The transfer service is also well done, timely and accurate, no any issues.

We can't really start to describe our stay without first saying that this place is heaven on earth! We can't describe how welcome and how well we were taken care of by the amazing staff! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon for Christmas and New Years and upon arrival the staff greeted us on the jetty and we were introduced to our ambassador Shuhaan who we really can't complement enough on how helpful he was with everything, settling in and getting to know the island, everything important to know, bookings of restaurants, excursions and just overall the many many nice talks we had! Everything from our housekeeper Saif who wrote nice things on our bed with coconut leafs, folded cute animals out of towels and preparing surprise bubble baths for us to all of the chefs and staff at the various restaurants we especially talked a lot with Abhi at Aqua Orange, as well as the chefs Nikhil, Namal, Malaka and of course Leo who we really enjoyed our private cooking class with! Not only did we get to spend time in our amazing villa but we also spent so much time snorkeling around the amazing house reef at Iru Veli, we saw so much marine wildlife on the reef around the island! We also got to go on a Manta Ray/Whaleshark/Sea Turtle excursion it was the most incredible experience ever, especially to spend your New Years eve snorkeling with these majestic animals all under perfect guidance from Ammaday at the divecenter :-) We also made good use of the spa and booked 2 spa sessions for the steam room, sauna and hot/cold pools, and also two different massages. Darma took so good care of us and informed us about the different types of massage and what would suit our needs Wayan and Reni took care of our massages and we have never felt so relaxed! Lastly I need to mention Ammu, this man can make everything happen on this island, thank you so so much for taking care of us and our needs! The only thing I can say go to Iru Veli! One of the best experiences that my husband and I had. Not just because of Maldives and nice beach, also because of the nice hotel and an amazing hospitality of all the Staff. We arrived and soon we got there Thaseen received us with a nice coconut and all the informations about the villa and our stay. He showed us all the restaurants, explaining how the all inclusive works and also gave to us his WhatsApp to talk to him anytime we need. Thank you Thaseen for helping us to have an amazing stay. The hotel is not really new, but every place is very clean and tidy. We stayed in a Water Villa Aqua Suit. Our room was incredible big, a lot of space for our bags and stuff, big room with a gorgeous view and a giant infinity pool. Our room was cleaned 2 times per day, our housekeeping Shamugel was super sweet and very attentive the details. He left clean towels every time he went there also passed every night to leave the room with the air conditioning on, nice smell and all the curtains closed. Thank you so much Shamugel. We really appreciate your hard work. The restaurants have a variety options of food, including vegan. I’m vegan and I could find so many options on each meal. The main restaurant called Aqua has a lot of options of every type of food. It’s a buffet so you can choose what you prefer to eat. It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always there and the view is gorgeous. A special thank you for Rita and Dilshad that was always smiling and making sure we were having a great time at the villa. Thank you for all the staff of the restaurants that work a lot to keep the guests comfortable and happy. Also thank you very much to Rathna and Ruwan the managers that received us all the time very gently and kind, making sure everything was perfect. There’s 2 more different restaurants, with 3 or 4 course menu depending of the time you book. Both are open just for lunch or dinner. The “Well Done” is more Sea food and light food.

We stayed for 4 nights and had such a fabulous time. It was our third visit to the Maldives but our first to Angsana. We were greeted at the airport and taken to a business lounge for 30-40 minutes to wait for our seaplane. We boarded the sea plane and had a 40 minute flight to the island. We were made to feel very welcome, both given a a small welcome drink and bracelet and escorted to our villa. We received a free upgrade to the beach villa with a pool. The villa was incredible and the gentleman who escorted us was so friendly. The island itself is quite small and we took advantage of the free paddle boards and kayaks and paddled around the whole island. We also did the free snorkelling trip and were lucky enough to have a pod of dolphins join us as we boarded back onto the boat. The food was delicious - we were all inclusive and ate in the main restaurant and pool bar. The evening entertainment was great- not too loud or overbearing. It was really enjoyable to sit and enjoy the evenings. The staff arranged our departure on the last day. Our flight was at 9am and we arrived by seaplane at the airport at 7:30am. They had staff waiting to help us with our cases and escort us to check in to help speed up the process. We cleared immigration and headed straight to board our flight. It was the smoothest departure without any waiting round.
