The property was huge and was spotless. It was very grand. The pool was a great asset. The air conditioning was fantastic. The hostess was in contact with us daily asking if we needed anything or wanted any recommendations. She had put supplies in the fridge for us on the first day and supplied all toilet rolls and shower gel/soap as well as pool towels. We had a couple of little issues which were resolved pretty much immediately which was very impressive. We arrived on an early flight and we were able to drop off our suitcases so that we could go for lunch while the villa was cleaned after the previous client. The hostess called immediately it was ready so that we could get access a bit early which was very kind.

We really appreciated the host’s kindness and attentiveness — he provided all the necessary information in advance and gave great local tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment felt cosy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the space looked slightly larger in the photos, it was still very pleasant and comfortable.

The accomodation was great, we were very satisfied - very nice, clean, well equiped (we appreciated also that there were the adaptor for UK type of socket which is used in Malta as well) and great location. We also appreciated there was a self checkin, so the checkin was easy.

    Great base for exploring the three cities and Valletta, Senglea was more relaxing than a stay in Valletta but had great transport links to and from Valletta, with Senglea being one of the three cities the other two were adjoined and therefore accessible either on foot or by taxi. There was a good variety of restaurants and all very reasonably priced, we never had a bad meal during our stay. Places we ate at and would recommend were Aroy-d-Fusion, Il-Pirata, Il-Hnejja and Novita,

    Lovely neighbourhood, convenient to ferries and buses. Great restaurants "JuFu Asian restaurant ", Mykonos by Yiami, Don Berto restaurant and the Date Art cafe. Quiet and friendly, would highly recommend

    We really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood feel of this part...

    We really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood feel of this part of Malta as Senglea is still very much "old Malta" and hasn't been overdeveloped like other parts of the island. If you are touring around Malta you'll probably rent a car and on street parking wasn't a problem. If you don't want to rent a car there's a bus terminal in the centre of Senglea. The Valletta ferry is a 20 minute walk away and on the return trip you can take a small local boat for 3 euros and they will drop you off in Senglea. There are some wonderful restaurants along the Senglea and Copiscua waterfronts and some small grocery stores dotted throughout the neighbourhood. We loved our stay in Senglea.

    There's a continuous back and forth ferry to Valletta.

    There's a continuous back and forth ferry to Valletta. Costs 2 euros and gives great views of the three cities and Valletta. The area has masses of character and a feeling of being in the centre of things yet it's very quiet and relaxed. Better than staying in Valletta and much better than staying in Sliema.

    Lots of good Harbour restaurants walk round the harbour to...

    Lots of good Harbour restaurants walk round the harbour to Birgu and visit museums and churches. Catch the ferry or small boat to Valletta or people watch over a glass of wine. Not so much else to do in Senglea and the area is hilly and lots of steps so not so good if your mobility is troublesome. We had a lovely time and was a nice place for a short break.

    Senglea is an excellent location to holiday, particularly if you don’t want too much noisy nightlife. It has lovely walks by the seafront with easy access to water Taxis to Travel to Valeta. It also has a fine range of restaurants and interesting museums, together with a nice sea swimming option at the point.

    We loved the location, a €2 boat ride from Valetta, and well placed for the restaurants in Senglea. Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and lovely decor. The crown jewel was the roof terrace, late afternoon or early morning or even at midnight and beyond - honesty bar operating at near super market prices. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return if in Malta again

    The room exceeded our expectations. Having a private balcony with the view on both Senglea and Birgu and shared rooftop terrace was a highlight. The room was very clean, spacious enough to feel comfortable. The kitchenette had sink, fridge and microwave. The bed was wide and very comfortable. Contact with the owner and all the instructions were very easy to follow.

    It was in a very good place, truly in the heart of Senglea. The people living there are all very nice. The house was clean and lovely, it was provided with everything that we needed. The owners were very helpful and made sure that everything was well for us. If we ever go back we will definitely book here again.

    The accommodation is located right in Senglea and close to restaurants, bars, bus stations and the ferry port to Valletta. The place has everything you need for a short and nice stay to explore the city. Sleeping room and kitchen are separated, check-in works perfectly.

    The property is located in an old part of Senglea, close to the sea, restaurants and the bus stop. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable and modern inside. The breakfast was very good with so many choices
