We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! We were greeted with outstanding hospitality, especially by Supriya, Konstiantin, and Mattias - who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. The hotel itself is brand new, clean and well kept. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are modern. Our room was incredibly comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with high-quality food and a variety of options. The club lounge was a comfortable space to unwind with drinks and snacks. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

I had the pleasure of staying at J’Me Boutique Hotel and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Check-in was seamless, and the concierge took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. The hotel’s terrace was top-notch, with a fantastic view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options. The coffee was amazing by the way. The staff was very kind and careful. Zorana helped me to organize a b-day surprise for my husband and she was extremely engaged and attentive to my wishes. Location-wise, J’Me Boutique Hotel is perfectly situated, close to local attractions, restaurants, public transport, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff, the service, and the amenities exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family!

Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, making our stay truly enjoyable. Room was spotless and comfortable, food was excellent, hotel itself was very clean and overall everything was top notch! I'm in love with this hotel and I really really highly recommend it! The staff here are extremely friendly and helped us out by letting us check in a little early, they also let us upgrade our room with very little notice and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. There is a bus stop very close by that takes you straight into Valletta and its about a 10 - 15 minute bus ride to get dropped off right there. I would highly recommend Chapter 5.

Our room was one of the connecting rooms. One morning, the guests in the adjacent room forcefully tried to open our door and somehow managed to do so. When we reported the issue, the hotel manager Maria listened to us with great care and provided an effective solution. I would like to thank her in particular. I will definitely choose this hotel again during my next visit to Malta.
