The stay was beyond my expectations. Everything was amazing, the friendly staff (fluent in english <3), the breakfasts full of food that can keep you strong for the whole day in the mountains, quality of service, prices of drinks (they were strong!) and food (lot of on the plate!), I can talk for hours. I really like how the staff is helpful with transport and the breakfast takeaway was amazing and very filling. Hotel is near enough the Żabljak city and to the National Park, which was perfect even in winter weather! I really enjoyed our stay and definetely gonna visit again.

The hotel is just 10 minutes by car from Black Lake. Our room was comfortable and had good commodities. The restaurant of the hotel is truly amazing with lots of great local food, offers some good vegetarian dishes as well. And lastly, the staff at the hotel were simply the best, they went out of their way to get us some Paracetamol for my headache.

Good location, Plenty of parking, nice and polite staff, very spacious room, big and tasty breakfast. Also enjoyed local cuisine in the restaurant, trout with some baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. Very nice experience in total.

Visited with kids and on the first day rhe kids got sick and we had to leave early, so the staff helped us with everything and even charged us just for basic costs, and then we forgot some personal items while in hurry they went out of their way to ship it to us. I can say that this is one of the most friendly staff I have ever encountered in my hotel stays so far. Also the food in the restourant is amaizing. I highly recommend this place!

    We accidentally booked for 3 days and told that to the...

    We accidentally booked for 3 days and told that to the manager when we arrived. She said not to be worried and she will cancel the last night .when we wanted to leave she said we need to pay for 3 nights and said she "doesn't speak English". Her brother called and threatened to call the tourist inspector if we won't pay immediately . That was very rude and disappointing.
