The workers in the Reception (Eva - svitlana- and new girl we forget her name she start to work before 2 weeks ago ) all of thin amazing talking nice so professional and give a lot of respect to the visitors we order big suite and they make check in fast we don’t wait A lot , the view for the street is amazing and it was so clean, we ask about breakfast because we wake up early because some of meetings ,the girls from the reception bring to the room b . Thank you all sure we will come back in October 🙌🌹

All was absolutely fine according to western European standard. Location is excellent right in the middle.of the city's center. Room is luxurious. The hotel.is new lifts are new. Supermarket and ATM conveniently located on the ground floor of the hotel building. There is also a small shoppiny mall conveniently located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

I stayed there for two nights and it was a great place with great service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - close to the university and pedestrian avenue. I 100% recommend the place.

The apartment is freshly renovated and spotlessly clean. There was everything I needed for a comfortable stay as well as little extras like premium quality teabags, coffee, and toiletries, which is always appreciated. The best... maybe little problem with English... I've slept in MANY MANY apartment in Ukraine. This was the best compare to the price... the woman and her son (helped with English language) was the best in Ukraine. Highly recommended...
