The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our trip exceptional. The hotel itself exceeded all my expectations—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and full of authentic charm. They have also a restaurant, and the food was simply outstanding and very cheap! If your at the Todra Gorge for rock climbing or hiking this is an excellent choice. The hotel is quite basic but has all you need if your out all day anyway. A bed (a bit firm if your used to memory foam back home) a hot shower and excellent food and amazingly friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. He got up early at 6:30am to buy bread for us for a hiking trip and made us breakfast at 1pm when we got back even though it was our final day. Location is in the city but also a close drive to todra river as it is next to the main road.

    You really don't need to stop here and stay over...

    You really don't need to stop here and stay over... The todra gorge is beautiful to see, but you could drive up to it and out again. I recommend stopping at Family el Mabrouk restaurant on your way into the gorge for a truly authentic experience. They are so full of energy. They'll dress you up in traditional wear and take photo's for you. They even took me with to the Souk in town. Highly recommend.

    I went through the local market and the downtown area, it's nothing out of the ordinary, it's typical Moroccan, I like the crowd there, it's a commotion that moves and keeps the city alive during the day, but at night it's quiet, I didn't see much because I was welding a small part of the time. Good food .

    Among the palm groves we visited during our two week road...

    Among the palm groves we visited during our two week road trip the one in Tinerhir was the greenest, with people working in the fields. What is also nice that the Gorges are close. However you should go for a 4h walk.

    unfortunately the night we were there it was very cold and the heating in our room could not keep up. The generator broke down and we had no electricity in our room had to get ready by I Phone light. The walk in the garden the evening we arrived was wonderful the best about this place.

    Tinerhir is very authentic, with beautiful landscapes of the kasbah and the palmeraie. Nice panorama's and the Todra gorge is closeby. We arrived by bus and had lunch at the mosque square. The lunch was also very good. The had dinner at the Guesthouse and it was our best, prepared and served with dedication.

    To be clear, we stayed outside of Tinerhir closer to the gorge. But, the area has extraordinary beauty and it was well worth the long drive from Marrakesh. We were there for only 24 hours and could have stayed a couple of more days for hiking and just soaking in the landscape.

    New built property with fabulous Mountain View’s and in an excellent location for access to the Todra Gorge. The hotel owner & staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service we received was fantastic, and nothing we asked was too much trouble. The rooms are large and comfortable with air-conditioning. The hotel upon our request had also arranged a guide who was very knowledgeable about the area for our walk in the gorges.

    We had some lovely hotels during our two week trip to Morocco, but this wasn’t one of them! In fact, it was the worst hotel of the trip by far. Perhaps the nightly rate of €26 should have been a clue. I'm truly amazed that people have rated this place so highly - some rating it as a 10! I can't rate it any higher than a 2, and I considered a 1. On the positive side, it had secure parking - and we were only there for one night.

    The location has breahtaking views. You can enjoy your brekfast while you watch the gorgeous sunrise. Apart from the cozy and familiar hotel the host was the most kind and welcoming ever. We arrived late to the hotel and he waited for us outside, they even prepred dinner only for us without further notice. The dinner was delicious, the tajin was the best we’ve tried. The best views and the best host! Take us back!
